Important Dates 2019 - 2020:
August 2019 @ Coan Building (Select Date and Time from myPLC)
Week of August 5th: Beginning of Year PLC (Multiple Face to Face Sessions)
September 5th: Title III Supplemental Supports Training (Lexia and DreamBox Math)
September 10th: End of first 30 days, ESOL teachers must use two week window for new enrollees
Week of September 23rd: ESOL PLC - ESOL FTE Reporting (Multiple Online Sessions)
September 27th: ESOL FTE submitted via DropBox
Week of October 7th: ESOL PLC - TPC Accommodations & Monitoring (Multiple Online Sessions)
October 14th-15th: District PL (attend PL as directed by school principal)
October 18th: Signed ESOL FTE Principal Verification due to ESOL Office
October 25th: 1st Quarter Monitoring Forms due in Project ELL
November 1st: ACCESS Materials Order due to ESOL Office (Google Form)
November 8th: TPCs completed & updated in Project ELL, Parent & Teacher Notifications Distributed
December TBD: New ESOL Team Member Check-In (Multiple Sessions Online)
January 3rd: ESOL Teacher ACCESS Certification Due to School Test Coordinator
January 9th: ACCESS Training with Office of Testing
January 10th: Parent Notification of ACCESS Testing due
January 15th - March 6th: ACCESS for ELLs® Test Window
January 17th: 2nd Quarter Monitoring Forms due in Project ELL
February 14th: ESOL FTE Submitted via DropBox
February 17th: District PL (attend PL as directed by school principal)
March 2nd: Final Date to Make Updates to TPCs
March 16th: District PL Date (attend PL as directed by school principal)
